Hi all, I hope you all are enjoying your gaming sessions or whatever you are up to. I don’t normally post about the issues with TSGamingCommunity but it was thrown offline and I’m not actually sure how long for. All my backend monitoring software’s was reporting as everything ok. A few friends and I went to join but was greeted with the “Unable to connect” error. After a bit of troubleshooting, it turned out to be an issue with the license and for some reason partially booted instead of fully shutting down. This showed my monitoring software an online status, weirdly. All fixed now and have put measures in place to make sure this false online status doesn’t happen again.
